Our CFM Programs fall under two General Categories:
1. Formation
2. Ministry
In keeping with the CFM’s mission of being evangelized and evangelizing, these two programs complement one another in the development of the person and in fulfilling his mission as a CFMer.
Social action projects
that usually result from the ACTION agreed upon by the unit in response to the specific life situation discussed by the unit.
Family Life Apostolate Programs (FLA)
which are directed towards various audiences and stakeholders aimed at improving the relationship between and among families and their interaction with the Lord.
Membership Development
An extensive, focused program of recruitment, formation and retention to ensure continued growth in quantity and quality.
Formation Programs
Made up primarily of the CFM unit meetings following the family evangelization guidebooks or its equivalent and supported by retreats, recollections, and other programs that would enhance the spirituality and prayer life of a person.
Gabay Development​
The presence and participation of a regular chaplain at meetings especially of the unit is essential. Due to the scarcity of priests, seminarians and nuns, this program trains and develops CFMers who have at least 3 years of active membership to be GABAYs.
Family Evangelization Program
CFM Units use a Guidebook for continuing formation. A committee develops the guidebooks as well as books needed for new programs.
Family and Life
This is the first and basic program of CFM which takes care of all members of the family in various stages of life. It is CFM that pioneered in various services to the church like the Young Adults Program (YAP), Pre-Cana Seminar, Tipanan (a one day marriage enrichment seminar), and Parent and Child Interaction (PCI). It is also to CFM that Fr. Gabriel Calvo, founder of the Marriage Encounter, has entrusted all his various F.I.R.E.S programs like the Sons and Daughters Encounter, Priest Encounter and Eucharistic Encounter.
