The presence and participation of a regular chaplain at meetings especially of the unit is essential. This is the first and basic program of CFM which takes care of all members of the family in various stages of life. It is CFM that pioneered in various services to the church like the Young Adults Program (YAP), Pre-Cana Seminar, Tipanan (a one day marriage enrichment seminar), and Parent and Child Interaction (PCI). It is also to CFM that Fr. Gabriel Calvo, founder of the Marriage Encounter, has entrusted all his various F.I.R.E.S programs like the Sons and Daughters Encounter, Priest Encounter and Eucharistic Encounter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
